Ruturn Policy

General Return Policy

Should a return or exchange be necessary, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number within 15 days of the shipment of your order. Any packages shipped back to our offices without a Return Authorization number displayed on the outer packaging will be refused and returned to you. Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please note that there are additional policies applying to both model cars, clothing and accessories as outlined below.

Models & Accessories

For any model or accessories that arrive damaged or defective please contact our returns department for an RMA number and instructions for returning your item to our office within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your return we will replace any damaged models with new stock, or in the event that the model is sold out we will issue either store credit or a refund.


Should you receive a damaged item and would like to exchange it for a new one, it will be replaced with an identical item from our stock to the best of our ability. Please contact us to notify us of any damages immediately after receipt of your item. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit or a direct refund.
